OThe National Guard: America’s Strength at Home & Abroad

The NGAUS General Conference & Exhibition is the Association’s annual business meeting. Army and Air National Guard officers from all 50 states, three territories and the District of Columbia gather to network, set their legislative agenda and hear from America’s civilian and military leaders. Family members, industry representatives and local officials also attend. We hope to see you in Indianapolis!

Registration Fees:

Registration for all attendees: Active, Retired, Additional Guests, and Civilians: $200.  Price will increase to $250 On July 29, 2026.

Registration Cancellation Policy: All cancellations must be received in writting prior to July 14, 2026.  Refunds minus a $15 administrative fee will be processed after the conclusion of the conference. No refunds will be provided after July 15, 2026.

Hotel:

The Kansas delegation will be headquartered at the JW Marriott Indianapolis, 10 S West Street, Indianapolis, IN 46204.

The room rate for king and double queen rooms is $180.00 per night plus taxes and fees.  Accommodation reservations will be made by NGAKS on your behalf. A personal credit card will be required upon check-in for all room charges.  Please indicate if you will be sharing a room with another attendee on your reservation form or if you will be staying off site.

Airport Transportation:

Shuttle transportation between the airport and hotel will not be provided.
